Jacqueline Pennington, Ed.D., has 20 plus years experience as an educator in the fields of school counseling, high school, and middle grades education (language arts and social studies). She is, also, a lecturer, an  instructional coach, and the Founder/CEO of Profound Impact, Inc., an educational services company, which offers consulting, coaching, and training workshops/presentations for educators and those in positions of leadership. Dr. Pennington is an enthusiastic and highly motivated speaker, who has spoken professionally at conferences, such as the Georgia School Counselor Association’s Annual Conference, the System of Care Academy Conference, National Youth-At-Risk Conference, Georgia Positive Behavior Intervention Support Conference, NCSS Education Summit-Bi-Annual Presenter, and National Dropout Prevention. She is a U.S. Army Veteran and is excited about helping others reach their full potential, especially our youth at-risk!
